Külli Tulvik leads complex development processes in a way that allows all stakeholders to keep sight of the bigger goal while focusing on their own responsibilities. She brings together all teams, from detailed planning and lead design through permitting procedures and strategic analyses.
Külli’s role is to bring structure, momentum, and clarity to development projects.
She builds a system where key topics are addressed at the right time, risks are managed, and decision-makers feel confident that the project has everything it needs to succeed.
Külli is a people leader who values collaboration. She listens, clarifies, balances different interests, and keeps teams aligned toward a shared goal. She’s known for her calm determination—when processes become messy, Külli steps in and makes them clear.
Outside of work, sport plays an important role in keeping her mind fresh—running, skiing, the gym, and the joy of movement and pushing personal limits. Külli believes curiosity, consistency, and a willingness to learn are the key to strength. The same energy carries into her work: a drive to think deeper, create better solutions, and make use of the latest technologies.
