What If was born out of a desire to reduce waste in the construction sector, and the need to promote sustainable property development.

Timely decisions can save money without compromising on quality in the design and construction phase by at least 15%. The same applies to administration. This is our experience from the projects we have consulted on and implemented. For example, it makes a big difference whether the effective floor area of an apartment building is 60% or 80%. It makes no sense to heat empty corridors and it is more sensible to build solutions that do not waste energy, planets and users’ resources. The construction sector has a major role to play in the green revolution. But to achieve the climate targets the processes in this sector will need to be radically modernised. By 2050, the pace of implementation of construction projects will need to be several times faster.

Our management services cover the entire life cycle of a development project, but our main focus is on the analysis, agile management and client satisfaction. Property development is not industrial serial production and tends to be less linear in practice than on paper. Therefore, people are the most important determinant of construction quality.
