Siim Pilv takes real estate environment management to the next level by combining technological expertise with hands-on experience. As Head of Facility Management Services at WHAT IF, he develops services that cover the entire lifecycle of a building, ensuring that buildings are not only well designed, but also efficiently managed and value-creating for users throughout their lifespan.
Siim believes that a well-managed real estate environment starts with planning, is consistently guided through digital processes, and culminates in efficient, long-term use.
His previous background spans software implementation, where he worked for five years, and the product development of real-estate-focused software, where he spent six years as a product owner. He has managed and been responsible for a 140,000 m² real estate portfolio and has extensive experience across a wide range of property types: office buildings, warehouses, and residential real estate.
Siim is known for his systematic, data-driven approach, integrating facility management processes into the early planning phase and creating practical models for building lifecycle management. His goal is to bring facility management into sharper focus already at the earliest stage of development.
