His previous background spans software implementation, where he worked for five years, and the product development of real-estate-focused software, where he spent six years as a product owner. He has managed and been responsible for a 140,000 m\u00b2 real estate portfolio and has extensive experience across a wide range of property types: office buildings, warehouses, and residential real estate.<\/p>\n

Siim is known for his systematic, data-driven approach, integrating facility management processes into the early planning phase and creating practical models for building lifecycle management.
